Feature — Shared Boards

Share your work without
sharing your whole workspace

Every board on Loginboard can be made public with one click. Share a clean, live view with clients, your team or the world — no account needed to view it.

Public or private — you decide per board

Every board you create is private by default. When you're ready to share, flip it public. You get a clean permanent URL that you can send to anyone. They see your board exactly as it is — live, always up to date.

1
Create a board
Add your notes, tasks, links and calendar events to any board.
2
Toggle it public
One click in board settings makes the board publicly viewable.
3
Share the link
Send loginboard.com/yourname/boardname to anyone. No account needed to view.
4
Stay in sync
The board updates live. Every change you make is instantly visible to viewers.

Everything on a board, presented cleanly

Public boards show all the content you've added — links, notes, tasks and calendar events — in a clean read-only layout anyone can view without signing up.

Notes and decisions
Share meeting notes, decisions and ideas with your team or clients. Everything is visible in context, not buried in email threads.
Task lists
Let clients see what is being worked on and what is done. No more "what's the status?" emails — they can just check the board.
Saved links
Share your curated resource list, reading list or tool stack publicly. A board of useful links is a genuinely shareable thing.
Your public profile
All your public boards appear at loginboard.com/yourname — a clean professional profile showing how you work and what you're building.

Who shares boards and why

Freelancers sharing client status
Replace the weekly status email. Share a live project board with your client. They see exactly what's done, what's in progress and what's coming next — without you writing a single report.
Founders sharing a public roadmap
Make your product roadmap or changelog public. Users can see what you're working on. Builds trust and reduces "when is feature X coming?" support questions.
Teams sharing resources
One board with all the links, docs and tools your team needs. Make it public internally so everyone can bookmark one URL instead of asking in Slack.
Creators sharing their stack
Publish a public board of your tools, links and resources. Share it in your bio. People find it, follow you, and some sign up to Loginboard to make their own.

Common questions about shared boards

Do viewers need a Loginboard account to see a public board?
No. Anyone with the link can view a public board. No sign-up, no account, no friction. They just open the URL and see your board.
Can viewers edit my board?
No. Public boards are read-only for viewers. Only you, the owner, can add or edit content. Your board is always under your control.
Can I make a board private again after making it public?
Yes. You can toggle any board between public and private at any time from the board settings. When private, the URL stops working for viewers immediately.
What is my public profile URL?
Your profile lives at loginboard.com/yourusername — it shows all your public boards in one place. Share this as your professional link or put it in your bio.
Is sharing free?
Yes. Public boards and your public profile are completely free features, available to all Loginboard users during the public beta.
