By clicking "Get started", "Register", or any similar button, completing the registration process, or by accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 years of age if you are located in the EEA) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
The Service is not available to persons who have previously been suspended or removed from the Service, or to persons located in countries subject to applicable export control or trade sanctions laws.
To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information updated.

Loginboard is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately secure your credentials.
Each account is for a single individual user. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or for any other purpose is prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.
We offer a Free plan with limited features and usage quotas, including: up to 3 workspaces, 200 logs per month, 90 days of log history, 100 active tasks, 10 links per log, and 5 exports per month. We reserve the right to modify Free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.
The Pro plan is available for ₹299 per month (or such other price as displayed at the time of purchase). The Pro plan provides unlimited workspaces, logs, history, tasks, links, and exports, subject to fair use.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email. We reserve the right to downgrade your account to the Free plan if payment remains outstanding for more than 7 days after the due date.
We may change subscription prices at any time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase, which will take effect at your next billing cycle. Continued use of the Pro plan after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not use the Service to:
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any person who violates this section, including suspending or terminating the offending account.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or submit through the Service ("Your Content"), including work logs, tasks, notes, and any other data you enter. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights in Your Content to us.
By submitting Your Content to the Service, you grant Loginboard a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, copy, transmit, and display Your Content solely to the extent necessary to operate and provide the Service to you. This licence terminates when you delete Your Content or your account.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of submitting it. You represent and warrant that:
We will not use Your Content (your work logs, tasks, and notes) to train machine-learning models, build advertising profiles, or for any purpose other than operating the Service on your behalf.
The Service, including its design, code, features, interface, documentation, branding, and all content created by us (collectively "Our IP"), is owned by Loginboard and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any rights in Our IP to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of any part of Our IP without our prior written consent.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as OAuth login providers or payment processors). These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Loginboard has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party service.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service you use in connection with Loginboard.
Loginboard does not warrant that:
You understand and acknowledge that you download or otherwise obtain content or data through the use of the Service at your own discretion and risk, and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data that results from the download of such content or data.
In any event, Loginboard's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to Loginboard in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ₹500 (Indian Rupees five hundred).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Loginboard and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings (Profile → Delete account). Upon deletion, your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination: your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases; we may delete Your Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy; provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.
We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If you are a consumer located in the EEA, you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
