Common questions

Is it really free to start?
Yes. Starter is free forever with no credit card required. During the public beta, all Pro and Business features are also available for free — we'll give you 30 days notice before pricing takes effect.
What happens when the beta ends?
We'll notify you at least 30 days before any enforcement begins. You'll choose a plan that suits your team. Free Starter users stay on Starter with no disruption — only Pro/Business features will require upgrading.
How does per-user pricing work?
You pay for each active member added to your boards. A member who is in two boards counts as one user. You can add and remove members at any time — billing adjusts at the next cycle.
Can I run multiple sites or locations?
Yes. Each site or team gets its own board. Pro gives you unlimited boards, so each location has its own independent shift log, SOP library, and audit trail.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No contracts and no minimum term. Pay monthly. Cancel any time. Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Annual plans will be available at approximately 20% off monthly pricing once beta ends. Contact us if you'd like to discuss annual pricing for your team now.
