Each team member reads the procedure and clicks attest. If you've added comprehension questions, they answer before their attestation is accepted. The record is named and timestamped.

Shift unlocks — proof on record
Once all required attestations are collected, team members can open their shift. The attestation record is permanently stored — available for audits, disputes, or inspections.

SOP Management FAQ

What is SOP management software?
SOP management software lets you create, version, and distribute your Standard Operating Procedures — and crucially, track who has read and confirmed each one. Loginboard goes further by blocking shift start until the confirmation is on record.
Can I import our existing SOPs?
Yes. You can paste existing procedures directly into Loginboard. We recommend building them natively for best results, but importing existing text is fully supported.
What happens when I update an SOP?
Publishing a new version automatically archives the old one and flags all required team members to re-attest. Their shift remains unblocked until they confirm the new version.
Can managers bypass the gateway?
Board admins can override the gateway in exceptional circumstances. The override is recorded in the audit log — who approved it, when, and the reason provided. There are no silent exceptions.
Is the attestation record suitable for regulatory audits?
Yes. The audit log is immutable — entries cannot be edited or deleted. Each attestation record includes the user's name, timestamp, SOP version number, and any comprehension check responses.
